Rodney Howard Browne shares a teaching on The Great Awakening
The Great Awakening is not a new idea; rather it is a continuation of The First Great Awakening that broke out in 1700′s with Jonathan Edwards and George Whitfield, and then again in the 1800′s with Finney and Beecher and Cartwright. The United States of America were founded upon biblical principals. Out of the original 55 signers of the Declaration of Independance, 52 were hardcore believers that stood by the view that you couldn’t even call yourself an American if you didn’t accept and live by the morals and standards of the Word of God. We as a country have quickly moved away from these principals and instead of calling them principals we call them opinions and add amendments to them in order to water them down and to conform them to a more comfortable and acceptable status.
What is wrong with this picture? Everything! When God establishes something, we as the body of Christ must do anything and everything it takes to protect and carry out His statutes. Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne has picked up the torch of these great men that have gone before us and paved a the way for this Great Nation. As Believers we should applaud, support and join in on the efforts of Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne and the other great men and women of GOd around the nation that have picked up this task. It isn’t the easiest thing to do, but if we are going to do the works of Christ, and greater, then we must share in the persecution as well.
It isn’t about a certain man or woman. God is no respector of men, and neither should we. We are the BODY of Christ! And if only one or two or even three parts of that body are busy working while the rest is doing nothing, then the BoDY is not unified, but divided and a house divided can not stand. We must join in on the awesome task at Hand of the The Great Awakening Tour and join Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne and all the revivalists of the 21st Century to see REVIVAL sweep across America AGAIN!

Amen! I love this nation and I’m so grateful the Lord sent Pastor here to remind us that we belong to Him! revival shows pictures daily of what’s happening out on the streets and in the crusade.
I agree. As the Body of Christ we should definitely stop arguing and debating denomination, after all, Jesus is still the Head of the Church, and we MUST make a stand if we are going to take this nation back for Jesus. Pastor crosses those denominational boundaries, and keeps the focus on the one thing the body of believers has in common-The Great Commission. We must all lay aside our opinions and fulfill this Great Commission-Go Ye into ALL THE WORLD and preach the Gospel to every creature! The Great Awakening is all about the Gospel.

Did you know that half the people on earth live on less than two dollars a day. A billion people go to bed hungry every night and a quarter of the people on earth never get a clean glass of water! We have never been without the freedom to worship and serve our God as we please. There are certain aspects of our religious freedoms which have eroded, but for the most part we assemble to worship when and where we please and we are free to preach and teach the gospel to whomever will listen. But this is not true of all places on earth today. We must not take our freedoms for granted. I too am glad that GOD sent Pastor here to lite fires of revival across America!
I agree with you Mark- we must not take our freedom for granted. America must return to her roots, biblical principals. The time is short we must “Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature!”
I am thankful that pastor is doing the Great Awakening Tour and training up believers how to witness to the lost so we all can work together with one mission one goal- to bring in the end-time harvest. There is much work to be done the Harvest is great.

You are right. If people could just forget about their differences and join together for the one purpose of preaching the gospel and bringing in the harvest. It is not about you and i but all about JESUS. Look at the recent pictures and see all the people going out to win the lost.

Either you believe the bible or not. You can’t believe only parts of it and have your own doctrine and argue with others about your views and opinions while people are going to hell. Jesus came to seek and save that which was lost. Jesus did not make everyone come in to the synagogue and follow rituals in ordered to be healed and saved. He went to where the people were. He did not judge them or say you can not be healed till you go through my 12 step program. No, he kept the gospel simple. Rodney Howard Browne breaks down these religious walls to pull different churches together in The Great Awakening Tours for the one purpose of winning the lost.

That is right Mark. We shouldn’t talk about views and opinions while people are going to hell. That definitely does not work. America back to her roots meaning leading people to Jesus. A great way to do this is using the soul winning script.
I agree with Mark and Janet our freedom should never be taken for granted I hold it dear to my heart. Thank God for sending Pastor to America at such a time as this.

When you said people need to get back to their roots your right. I took the soul winning script and put it to use in the Great Awakening Tour in Sanford Florida. I was able to lead hundreds of people to the lord in the 3 days that i was there. The tool works that pasator has provided for us to use. All you have to do is be a willing vessel.

Our freedoms are leaving all the time little by little. Slowly and slowly in the schools etc. That’s enough right there! If we don’t take a stand as Christians who will? Pastor is taking a stand for American.
